EVEREST150 is an advanced pipeline inspection crawler, featuring a full HD camera that can identify both structural and functional defects within pipelines.

It features a pan-tilt camera, motor-elevator, and interchangeable wheels, allowing for fast reconfiguration to accommodate different pipeline diameters. Its modular and lightweight design ensures adaptability to diverse operational needs, making it suitable for pipelines with diameters starting from DN150.

It provides endoscopic imaging for detecting internal structural defects in drainage pipelines, such as collapse, deformations, corrosion, misalignment, and leaks, as well as functional issues like unauthorized pollutant discharge. The motorized cable reel system incorporates a 200-meter capacity drum mechanism, integrated with a digital metering counter and a cable level wind assembly. Its operational endurance reaches 10 hours per charge cycle, with an auxiliary power cord available as a configurable accessory.

The companion control module delivers 8 hours of continuous battery operation, establishing stable Wi-Fi connectivity with the cable reel to enable seamless, delay-free video data streaming during inspection operations.
