Modular Design Inspection Robot

PATAGO is a modular, customizable crawler system designed to meet a wide range of inspection needs. It consists of several components, including a main body, chassis, camera, and lifting frame, allowing it to be assembled into various crawler forms. With the unique design to carry high-precision circular scanning sonar and Lidar. PATAGO can be suitable different operational and reporting requirements.

PATAGO has two optional drive modules to meet different pipeline diameters and operational scenarios:
Screw drive module: from DN600 and up, inspection on the water/mud/silty pipe.
Wheel drive module: from DN400-2400, inspection in the channel/tunnel and long distance.

The cable drum is powered by a motor and comes with a standard length of 300m, with optional extensions of 1,000m and 2,000m available. It includes a meter counter and a cable level wind assembly. The cable drum’s power supply lasts for up to 8 hours, and an optional power cord is available.

The control unit provides 8 hours of battery life and wirelessly connects to the cable reel via Wi-Fi, ensuring real-time, lag-free video transmission.
