TAMBORA200Pro is a professional UV curing system engineered for large-diameter pipe rehabilitation, covering the range from DN150 to DN2000. Purpose-built for high-volume operations, and complex scenarios.

The main unit with 200m cable and adapts to various vehicles. It features a digitally integrated drive system, offering improved operational control, traceability, and efficient troubleshooting.

The light chain features the same advanced "snake-bone" design and includes 2 sections, each with 4 lamps, totaling 8 UV lamps. The lamp housing is separable for easier maintenance, and lamp power is unlimitedly adjusted from 400–650W for enhanced control. The light core is available in three configurations. The array includes more densely packed UV lamps, arranged in cross and parallel layouts to ensure wider curing coverage and more even exposure. All UV lamps are rated for 1000+ hours. Integrated 2.0 Megapixels camera with built-in LED illumination and temperature sensor to monitor the curing process even in high-temperature environments. They are adjustable from 400-1000W with no limitation.

Compatible with tablet control unit. The wireless tablet unit with a dedicated display enables full-process intelligent visualization, real-time feedback of internal temperature, pressure, and curing speed ensuring optimal process visibility and quality control. Motorized cable drum and storage to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
