Pressurized Water Leak Detection and Inspection System

SUPERIOR is a modular-designed device for the inspection of pressure pipelines. It is capable of carrying multiple sensors for comprehensive inspection, ideal for DN200 and upwards pressurized pipeline leakage detection and in pipe inspection.

SUPERIOR system has three types of probes:  standard probe, sonar probe, self-patrol probe. A specialized pressurized insertion device enables in-pipe inspection and precise leak detection without interrupting water flow, with the visual probe designed to withstand up to 1.7MPa of pressure.

SUPERIOR with advanced control design. The probe features a highly integrated design, compact and flexible, equipped with an inertial navigation attitude sensor. The operation software provides real-time attitude display, making it maximally suitable for complex pressurized pipelines with multiple branches, butterfly valves, and elbows. It has multi-sensor fusion detection. Integrating video inspection, sonar detection, and positioning modules to precisely locate leaks, sedimentary, and corrosion.

The cable drum is motor-driven with 500/1000/2000m. It supports a meter counter and a cable level wind assembly. The power supply for the cable drum lasts up to 8 hours.

The control unit offers an 8-hour battery life, with connecting wirelessly to the cable reel via Wi-Fi, ensuring real-time, lag-free video transmission.
