Portable smart control has two joystick controls, using a dual joystick operation method. Each joystick is equipped with a button function, and is also paired with 8 quick control buttons. Designed for field efficiency, this all-in-one controller enables precise operation and real-time monitoring of inspection crawlers. Operators can control crawler movement — forward, reverse, steering, cruise, stop, and speed — and manage camera functions including lifting, lighting, rotation, zoom, pan & tilt, and image switching (front/rear). Resetting is also supported for fast repositioning.
Equipped with image measurement tools, the controller allows for accurate on-site evaluation of water levels, crack width, flow cross-section loss, deformation rate, and pipe diameter. Operators can also manually capture defect images and annotate directly during inspection, improving documentation and supporting detailed post-inspection analysis.
The display interface provides key operation data at a glance, including date, time, crawler position, inclination, distance, and inspection video. Real-time subtitle overlay supports custom styling for better visual documentation.
Work with VISONIC software to generate inspection reports compliant with NASSCO PACP, WRC, and EN 13508-2 standards.
It is compatible with the ALPS, PATAGO, and EVEREST product line. It offers a unified control solution across multiple product lines—streamlining operations and improving deployment efficiency on diverse inspection tasks.
